25. September 1928: Henry Jefferson is born in Oakham (United Kingdom). His parents are Elisabeth (21, housewife) and Riley (24, worker in the metal industry) Jefferson.
03. June 1931: Alice Jefferson is born
April 1935: After the father found a better job in the local metal industry, the family moves to Coventry
February 1940: Henry's father Riley joins the army as a volunteer for the fight in Finland, leaving the 11 year old Henry alone at home with his mother and sister
14. November 1940: Coventry gets attacked by the Luftwaffe (the Nazi German Air Force). Henry, his mother and sister flee from their house after a bomb hits it. During their search for cover another bomb hits the street, killing Elisabeth and Alice right before Henry's eye in a cruel way.
February 1941: Somehow Henry managed to arrive in London, where his mother's sister; his aunt Anna (36, housewife) lives with her husband Jacob (40, journalist) and their three kids Monica (13), Anthony (11) and Peter (9).
He is just skin and bones at that time and suffers from nightmares every night.
21. July 1943: A message arrives, reporting that Henry's father died in the military hospital from multiple bullet wounds.
The nightmares get severe, Henry suffers from mood swings and snaps under stress.
07. February 1947: Henry leaves London, heading for the United States, hoping he will be able to move on and leave the past behind. He finds work in the metal industry, just like his father Riley. The nightmares disappear again, as well as the strange mood swings.
30. March 1949: Some coincidences lead to Henry's arrival in Rapture, where he remains. He starts working for Fontaine Fisheries.
August 1951: Henry gets deeply involved in the illegal activities around the fisheries, becoming one of the most active smugglers. He is able to get himself a "high rank" among the men, for he is trustworthy.
He starts to drink occasionally.
15. December 1953: After a lot of stress from work and the smuggling, Henry snaps again in FightingMcDonagh's, breaking the nose of one of Sullivan's security men during a fight. Luckily he remains mostly unpunished but it leaves a nasty stain in his record.
He stops the smuggling work for a longer period of time, because the security is keeping an eye on him. Also he starts to visit Dr. Sofia Lamb frequently, hoping to get some help with his problems.
May 1954: Henry starts the smuggling work again but continues to frequently talk to Dr. Lamb. Though he refuses to become a member of The Family
18. July 1955: A sudden panic attack during smuggling work blows their cover and leads to some smugglers being caught. They bring them to Persephone.
November 1955: The mental problems get severe, he hardly sleeps, hardly talks to anybody to keep himself under control. Now and then Henry suffers from another panic attack or snaps at his inmates.
29. November 1955: During another violent outburst Henry accidently kills another inmate. They sell him to Fontaine Futuristics for some Plasmid and Gene Tonics tests.
1958: Prisoners are transformed into Big Daddies. After Subjects Alpha, Beta and Gamma die during first trials, the pairbond system finally works with Delta and more men are turned into Protectors, Henry being the third successful to follow (Zeta is the 6th Greek letter). The bond Little Sister has the name Amy.
27. August 1959: During a fight with Splicers Henry/Zeta gets severely injured with a spear gun and Amy dies during the harvesting process, shattering their bond. Zeta falls into a coma.
October 1959: Zeta wakes up from the coma again, suffering from a severe amnesia. He is unable to remember anything, not even the Little Sister. All that remains is a now and then stabbing pain in his chest.
